Firm Overview
Established in 1982, O'Donnell, Ferebee, Medley & Keiser, P.C. seeks to provide cost effective, quality legal services to its clients.
J.Michael O'Donnell and William C. Ferebee consolidated the practices of J. Michael O'Donnell, Inc. and Ferebee & Ferebee, a Texas general partnership, to form O'Donnell & Ferebee, P.C., a Texas professional corporation.
Jason M. Medley and Jeffrey W. Keiser joined the firm in 2000 and became shareholders in the firm in 2005, whereupon the firm name was changed to O'Donnell, Ferebee, Medley & Keiser, P.C. ("Firm").
The Firm has been located on the Eighth Floor of Paragon Center One, 450 Gears Road, Houston, Texas 77067 since November 1984. The Firm was a charter tenant in this Greenspoint office building.
In January 2001, the Firm opened a satellite office in The Woodlands, Texas. The satellite office is currently located in the First National Bank Building at 1525 Lake Front Circle, The Woodlands, Texas 77381.
Presently the firm has eleven (11) attorneys, including several board certified trial attorneys, a board certified appellate specialist, a board certified family attorney and board certified bankruptcy attorney.
